This type of wine is obtained when the peels of red grapes are left to ferment for a short period only together with the pulp. The wine is of a slightly lighter colour, drier than those of a more intense rose colour, with shades of strawberry. It has very discrete flavours, shades of spices, balanced, fresh and elegant taste, enhanced by the cranberry and citrus flavours.
